HBW4: A Luxury Holiday Home in an Ideal Location in Friesland

HBW4 has recently undergone a complete renovation and modernisation, which was completed in April 2022. Situated on Het Brekkense Wiel, HBW4 is one of the few houses offering unobstructed views across the Zijlroede. This beautiful house is ideally situated for an unforgettable holiday in Friesland. The use of two bicycles and the gas barbecue is included in the price. Our Swedish sloop can be hired for a small fee.

Ground Floor:

On the ground floor, you’ll find a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a small new bathroom with a shower, and a brand-new, spacious kitchen, complete with a dishwasher and a combination microwave. The cosily furnished living room is equipped with a smart TV, on which you can enjoy Netflix or Viaplay using your own login details. For extra comfort during the winter months, the property features underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove, ensuring you can enjoy a pleasant stay all year round.

First Floor:

There are three bedrooms on the first floor. Bedroom 1 has a new electrically adjustable box-spring bed with two 90×200 cm mattresses, as well as a smart TV. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are both fitted with new box-spring beds with two 90×200 cm mattresses and a smart TV. There is also a new bathroom with underfloor heating.

Garden:

In the beautifully landscaped garden of our holiday home, you’ll find everything you need for relaxation and enjoyment: modern furniture for comfortable seating, a new 12-metre-long jetty for boat enthusiasts, an awning to provide shade on hot days, and a spacious Weber Genesis gas barbecue for delicious al fresco meals. We also provide two free bicycles (ladies’ and men’s models) so you can easily explore the surrounding area. For an extra touch of adventure, you can hire our beautiful Swedish sloop for a small additional fee. What’s more, you’ll receive thorough sailing instruction on site, so you can head out onto the water with confidence. Experience the best holiday in Friesland with all the amenities our house has to offer.

Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Schöne, ruhige Lage direkt am Wasser.
Bei den Gastgebern (Petra & Marcus) möchten wir uns nochmal herzlich für den kleinen Willkommensgruß bedanken. Wir haben uns sehr darüber gefreut!

Das Haus war super alles war sauber die Küche war tip top und die Gegend war toll sie waren auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
